Main Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Identify best practices, optimize sales tools, and deliver comprehensive training programs to drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement opportunities and provide analytics for measuring sales performance.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise between sales and other organizational units to ensure effective onboarding and training.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support sales department with strategic go-to-market initiatives: Sales Process Standardization, Analysis & Measurement, Training and Development, and Customer Segmentation.
- Travel Requirements: Travel up to 75% of the time.
- Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 8 years of specific experience.
