Pay Transparency
Our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business. Moreover, this role may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.

- Salary: $108,105.11 - 135,131.39 USD plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain autonomous Information Technology (IT) systems to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize infrastructure using AI, machine learning, predict issues, and automation technologies
- Incorporate AI and machine learning to analyze data, enabling predictive maintenance, fault detection, and performance optimization
- Create continuous monitoring systems to track the real-time health and performance of IT infrastructure and services
- Develop and maintain automated incident response protocols for resolving system issues with minimal human intervention
- Create and enhance scripts and workflows for automation, including provisioning, configuration management, and software deployment
- Analyze historical data and performance metrics to identify trends, predict issues, and develop enhancement strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of autonomous IT operations processes, configurations, and procedures while staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Manufacturing, Logistics or related field and 3 plus years of related experience in Information Technology Operations, System Administration and/or Network Management or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of specific experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine learning and/or automation
