Job Description
The Route Sales Performance Coach will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized solutions to meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to determine their product, inventory, and delivery requirements.
- Implement Right Execution Daily (RED) action items in outlets and promote pillar marketing programs.
- Identify and create solutions for additional programming, displays, and equipment to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 3 to 4 plus years of specific experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
