Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Role at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, as well as supporting the overall accounts payable and accounting close processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor account balances, track expenses, and related financial activity to produce monthly financial reports.
- Respond to external vendors and internal managers regarding the accounts payable process, including obtaining approvals and coding to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Prepare weekly check runs and initiate payments through Automated Clearing House (ACH), wire transfers, and credit cards.
- Process transactions, perform bookkeeping and accounting duties, handle month-end accruals, and create journal entries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 4 years of experience.
- 0-1 year of related experience or 4 years of specific experience in accounts payable and accounting.
