Reyes has variety of clients including the U.S. Navy, Ports of Los Angeles, Long Beach and San Diego, Army Corps of Engineers, and various counties and cities projects. Our past projects include a wide range of Heavy Civil Construction. We are seeking to hire an experienced payroll and human resources assistant.
General Description :
The Labor Compliance Coordinator will provide support to the Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities will include assisting in prevailing wage, and certified payrolls. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, multi-task, problem solving, and prioritize workload.
Labor Compliance Duties and Responsibilities
- Track sub / supplier logs from jobs
- Subcontractor certified payrolls & labor compliance documents.
- Update AP logs for payment approval
- Enter payrolls into LCP Tracker and other compliance platforms
- Enter payrolls into DIR eCPR system
