Job Description
We are seeking a Field Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee to assist with repairs and racking maintenance across our region based out of the Manor, TX facility. This position requires frequent travel (60-80%) to multiple sites throughout our region.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with varied hours Monday-Friday, and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance that meets regulations, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting on building equipment.
- Remodel and refurbish interior and exterior property while keeping areas clean and organized.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
- Operate a forklift to assist in heavy lifting maintenance procedures and repairs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 years of related experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds.
- Valid Driver's License required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical School Certification
