We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Diesel Mechanic Specialist to join our team at Reyes Fleet Management. This role is responsible for the preventative maintenance of fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience. They must also be able to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds, and possess a valid Driver's License to operate applicable company vehicles.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance.
