About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Equipment Technician to join our team at Reyes Fleet Management.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair fleet diesel equipment, including tractors and trailers.
- Perform routine maintenance and overhauls to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough documentation of work orders using AssetWorks system.
- Operate company vehicles for roadside service calls.
- Evaluate equipment for roadworthiness, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Install, replace, and repair onboard computers and cameras.
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- Possession of own tools meeting minimum requirements.
