About the Role:
The Fleet Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet's diesel equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements. Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other components.
- Documentation: Complete thorough documentation for work orders related to repairs and preventative maintenance using our online system.
- Roadside Service Calls: Operate a company vehicle to diagnose and repair equipment as part of roadside service calls.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience.
- Licensure: Must have a valid Driver's License to operate applicable company vehicles.
- Skills: Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds; Possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement).
