Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled Fleet Diesel Mechanic A to join our team at Reyes Coca Cola Bottling facility in Caledonia, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining trailer/tractor equipment.
Responsibilities:
">- Repair, maintain, and overhaul fleet diesel equipment.
- Diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems.
- Operate a company vehicle to diagnose and repair equipment during roadside service calls.
- Ensure equipment has required licensing and registration before being deemed roadworthy.
- Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or XataNet) and/or cameras (DriveCam).
- Work in accordance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations to ensure safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
">- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds.
- Valid Driver's License to operate applicable company vehicles.
- Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement).
