We are currently looking for a highly skilled Fleet Diesel Mechanic A to join our team at Reyes Fleet Management. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Operate company vehicles to provide roadside assistance and conduct on-site repairs.
- Verify that all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards before releasing it for use.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in heavy-duty diesel repair and maintenance.
- HSD or equivalent and valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- Able to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds, and possess own tools meeting minimum requirements.
