Job Description:
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Account Services Representative for our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for handling invoicing and performing tasks to improve the current accounts receivable functions within the organization. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Placing calls and e-mails to agents and dealers regarding outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Research and solve payment discrepancies
- Review open accounts for collection efforts
- Process electronic payments
- Build, strengthen and maintain positive business relationships by establishing rapport with customers
Requirements:
- Must have 1 years of Clerical experience with collections
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products and related software
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Willing to work overtime as needed during peak times
- High School Diploma
