Position description :
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an Agent and Dealer Customer Support to join our growing team. This position will assist and provide support to the sales team, agents, dealers and other industry professionals by handling inbound phone requests, determining client needs, researching questions, and providing internal and external customer service. Primary functions will be to verify and troubleshoot request received. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Monitor completion of tickets and ticket resolution within appropriate time frames and deadlines
- Process and complete reported administration system issues and projects
- Work and coordinate with internal teams regarding account status
