What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cancellations Assistant position at Reynolds and Reynolds?
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Cancellations Assistant to join our growing team. As a Cancellations Assistant you will be responsible for processing cancellations of American Guardian vehicle service agreements. You’ll be tasked with auditing documentation to ensure all guidelines are enforced. Communication with contract holders, dealers and lien holders will be conducted by mail, fax, phone and e-mail. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Process and audit cancel request documents
- Prepare daily cancel refunds
- Assist in building reporting functions and providing process improvements and documentation
- Build, strengthen and maintain positive business customer relationships
Training:
- On the Job
Requirements:
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Experience working with Excel and data entry
- Familiar with calculating figures and amounts (account payable or account receivable)
- Previous experience at a warranty administration company or finance department at a dealership is a plus
