Responsibilities:
At Reynolds and Reynolds, we provide a library of more than 4,000 digital compliance documents for use by automotive dealers. We are currently seeking a Business Integration Specialist to join the team. In this role, the Business Integration Specialist will take on the crucial responsibilities of managing license relationships for forms, overseeing lender programs and relationships, collecting and assessing usage data, collaborating closely with assigned customers, and proposing and executing process enhancements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- A couple years of program or project management experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working over the phone and video conference
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work well within team
- Experience in F&I compliance forms and processes is a plus, but not required
