What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Project Manager position at Reynolds and Reynolds?
At Proton Technologies, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, we are looking for a Technical Project Team Lead to join our team. As a Technical Project Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing server and network engineering, Cloud migration services and project implementation services to Reynolds & Reynolds and Proton customers. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Developing and maintain schedules of all active and upcoming migration
- Coordinating and communicating project plans with customers, matrixed organizations, and management teams
- Develop and monitor progress metrics for each project
- Planning and managing project resources and cost, including cost estimating, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and tracking cost
- Work with internal departments in estimating, scheduling, and forecasting new migration opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Detailed oriented and able to multitask
- Must be self-motivated and self-directed
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- 2-5 years’ experience managing projects and schedules preferred
