We are searching for an Accounts Payable Associate (Contractor) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Responsibilities:Your Role:
The Accounts Payable Associate, with an emphasis on vendor main data, is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization by ensuring new vendors are created in a timely manner as well as changes to current vendors. This position processes and inputs vendor information into the company computer system promptly and accurately. This position will work directly with vendors and answering questions on forms to be completed. This position will interact daily with internal customers as well as external customers.

- Input vendor data into SAP.
- Review forms for accuracy.
- Confirm banking with vendors.
- Work with internal and external customers on vendor set or vendor changes.
- Ensure all audit requirements are meet when processing requests.
- Statement reconciliations.
- Assist in projects as assigned.
- Monitor/Manage vendor main inbox.
- Support team with questions on set up or forms.
- Code and review invoices in processing box.
