Responsibilities:Your Role:
The Functional Manager, Supply Chain Transportation is an exciting role in leading and implementing the advancement of supply chain capabilities. Today’s supply chains require technology and leading business processes to enable dynamic and cost efficient supply chain networks. This role will be critical in defining & enabling transportation solutions to digitalize the Reynolds supply chain.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Have decision-making influence.
- Have high visibility requiring cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain and Business Unit leadership, and establishing best practice and transforming Reynolds’ Transportation Management.
- The person in this role will be the leading decision maker for transportation capability advancement; partnering with IT and collaborating with business unit and supply chain leadership on technology, business process and analytics strategy. The role will require building relationships and advancing the Reynolds transportation roadmap with internal and external partners.

We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 10 years of Supply Chain management experience.
- 6 years of Transportation Operations experience.
- Extensive structured project-based work experience.
- Extensive Transportation Systems and Technology experience.
- Strong experience with Transportation planning and Carrier rating structures.
- Deep understanding of transportation optimization strategies and integration thru the entire value chain.
Icing on the cake:
- BY TMS experience.
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Logistics / Warehousing Operations.
