Pay: $22.08-24.89 / Hour

*Pay rate is dependent upon prior experience and interview results

Responsibilities

As a Logistics Team Member, you will be responsible for Moving and controlling material coming into the plant, through the plant, and out of the plant

In this role, you will play a very important part in our plant and will help ensure that we are giving customers the best products in the industry! As a valued employee you will have access to our competitive benefits package, and you will have opportunities for advancement.

Principal Accountabilities: 

• Generate necessary paperwork to enable the picking of customer orders for truck loads
• Generate summary reports as assigned.
• Move scrap and resin
• Operate mobile equipment including forklift, clamp truck, electric pallet jack, rack loader, bendi, sweeper, etc.  Must have Reynolds issued mobile equipment license.
• Operate yard tractor and shuttle trailers.
• Perform computer inventory maintenance for reconciliation of finished product balances.
• Perform computer operations to update finished product inventory and generate appropriate bills of lading, packing slips, and master bills
• Perform SAP application transactions
• Pick and load orders for shipment
• Pick, prep, and stage parts to manufacturing
• Print fibers
• Responsible for maintaining personal conditioning to physically perform essential job functions
• Transport finished goods from various points in the plant
• Unload incoming product and other assorted materials as needed
• Other activities as assigned

Requirements

Essential Functions:

• Walk, stand, bend
• Lift 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Meet all physical requirements to safely operate mobile equipment
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic understanding of plant operations, product types, and identification labels
• Computer literacy including the following:
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to learn computer programs
• Knowledge of SAP
• Other computer skills
• Demonstrate basic forklift operation knowledge
• Physically capable of performing duties; physical exam required
• Self-motivation/personal initiative
