Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator (Thermoforming) to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:• Consistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization.• Trouble shoot, identify quality defects and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine.• Must be able to multitask and work in a multitude of machines during a shift.• Provide innovative solutions for production issues.• Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel.• Completes appropriate shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities.• Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects.• Observes all housekeeping, standard work and safety guidelines.• Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required.• The position requires constant standing, walking, pulling and reaching. Bending, twisting, stooping, stepping up and down, and lifting up to 25 lbs. are frequent. Pushing and lifting up 25 - 40 lbs. Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts.• Maintains good housekeeping practices, and must maintain all GMP standards with the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.• Able to complete basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions.Ultimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will help to create an efficient manufacturing environment. Requirements

We need you to have:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Must be highly motivated, energetic, and a team-player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record.

Icing on the cake:

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience with industrial machine in thermo forming.
