Pay: Starting at $33.81/hour
Responsibilities
A Process Specialist at Reynolds Consumer Products works to improve the efficiency and productivity of the company's manufacturing processes. They identify and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing through troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and modifications to equipment and processes
- Training, coaching, and development assistance of production personnel
- Provide continuous process improvements
- Assist in improving Quality, OEE, and reducing manufacturing costs

Requirements
Skills Required
- 5 years’ experience with the setup and operations of blown film equipment
- 5 years’ experience with the setup and operation of packaging equipment
- Be familiar with programmable controllers and their application
- Understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical power transmission systems and components
- Must be able to work at heights, stairs, on roofs, lifts, and silos
- Experience with basic shop and hand tools
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Be able to use analytical problem-solving skill in diagnosis of equipment problems.
- Strong people skills – communication, listening, team player, and ability to influence
- Effective written communication
- Positive attitude driven by internal customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively independently as well as in teams
Qualifications
- High School diploma, College or Technical School a plus
- Minimum of five years related technical experience
