Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for restoring interrupted process flow and creating and implementing standardized work procedures. You will have the opportunity to:• Make safety your number one priority by driving out safety initiatives• Troubleshoot problems to root cause• Implement Work Design activities• Make run and shutdown decisions

Requirements
We need you to have:• High School diploma or equivalent• Knowledge of basic extrusion and converting process• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office• Knowledge in Work Design tools and countermeasures• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
