We currently have an opportunity for a Production Artist / Graphic Designer within our in-house Visual Branding department at our corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Responsibilities
Your Role :
As a Production Artist / Graphic Designer, you will execute the adaptation of approved creative concepts across several consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will enjoy having the opportunity to work collaboratively with brand designers, packaging engineers, and marketing to create a consistent and cohesive brand experience. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and specifications. Understands how different printing processes (such as offset, rotogravure, or flexography) affect the final output. We are seeking an individual who has excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to :
- Execute the graphic adaptation of approved creative concepts, packaging graphics, brand communications, and execution of final designs that are formatted properly for the medium, whether print or digital.
- Create strong visual communication collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Assist on various projects within the Reynolds Consumer Products organization requiring graphic design solutions.
- Be a problem-solver with effective written, oral communication and teamwork abilities, to a proactive approach.
- Provide accurate artwork and offer alternative creative solutions.
- Work with limited direction on multiple high priority projects.
- Manage project schedules and provide status updates, when necessary.
- Work within a stable collaborative environment where the company values your talent and contributions to the success of their products.
Ultimately, you will be a part of our proven in-house Visual Branding team and will help us reach our goals for growth through creative and persuasive graphics.
