Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Sales Analyst manages the collection, analysis, input and distribution of customer specific volume forecast for Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Publix, (and Misc customers in the SE as needed ) in support of Field Sales and Marketing.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Manage the collection, analysis, input and review of customer specific volume forecast at DG, DT, FD, & Publix.
• Collaborate with the Sales teams to understand distribution and promotional plans.
• Analyze syndicated data to understand non-promoted and promoted movement
• Review historical shipment data.
• Generate an initial forecast by item and by month.
• Review customer’s Forecasts by item and compares it against internal forecast making any necessary changes.
• Input a by item by month forecast into RCP & Exceedra systems as needed.
• Review forecast with Sales Team,
• Review forecast with personnel from each of the 4 Business Units.
• Interact with customer’s Replenishment Personnel as necessary.
• Interact with RCP Customer Service as necessary.
• Provide support for volume entered into RCP Trade Planning System (Exceedra).

Qualifications

We need you to have:

• 3 years of related professional business experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• High proficiency in Excel, including ability to use array formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
• Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically.
  
  

Icing On The Cake

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance Information Systems, or related field.
• Sales and/ or Demand Planning experience in the CPG industry.
• Proficient in SAP.
