Role Overview
As a member of our customer service team, you are the first point of contact for our customers and their first impression; setting the stage for our lasting relationship with them. You will assist in gathering customer information and concerns and booking service appointments while doing whatever is necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

You’ll work with a team of Customer Service Representatives, Dispatchers, and our technicians to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage and assist with our customers, building rapport, and resolving concerns while promoting our services.
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- Perform outbound calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate interest in our trade offerings.
- Utilize resources to assist in evaluating job urgency levels, solving problems, and helping communicate our process with customers.
- Actively participate in training to maximize efficiency and elevate customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database and collect payments.
- Work closely with our members to ensure their annual visits are scheduled.

Requirements
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Highly motivated, flexible, and have a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Stellar attendance record.
- Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional setting.
- Typing speed of 50 WPM and ability to learn new software quickly.
