Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated HVAC Install Technician to join our team. This role involves installing residential HVAC systems with precision and care, ensuring they meet customer needs and comply with safety and efficiency standards. You'll play a critical role in our mission to deliver top-tier HVAC solutions to the community while building positive, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service. Job Duties

• Installation of heating, ventilation and cooling equipment
• Installation of HVAC ductwork and associated air distribution
• Ensure jobs are properly staged; recording hours and all materials used
• Supervise the work of apprentices, maintain quality and timeliness of work
• Communicate with customers and establish rapport to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried van
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in HVAC installation or related field.
• Valid EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Salary : $30 - $32
