Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of residential HVAC systems while building strong relationships with customers through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Follow Our HVAC Service System: Maintain service and sales goals, providing efficient, same-day repairs that meet high standards for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Complete all tasks with excellence, adherence to Oregon code, and attention to detail to pass required inspections.
• Exemplify Company Values: Represent Reynolds both onsite and in the office with integrity, reliability, and a commitment to quality.

Job Duties

• Arrive promptly to job sites and communicate clearly with both customers and dispatch.
• Use the Nexstar Service System to evaluate customer needs and offer tailored service options.
• Educate customers on financing and maintenance plans to support informed decision-making.
• Follow through on repairs and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction with clear explanations of completed work.
• Document all work thoroughly, including notes, photos, and videos.
• Collaborate with dispatch, parts, and installation teams for seamless service delivery.
• Engage in training and development sessions to refine skills and stay aligned with company goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and tools.
• Contribute to a positive team culture, adhering to company policies and best practices.

Requirements

• EPA Certification Levels 1 and 2 required; Universal Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience, including brazing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professional, customer-centered service.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
