Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems, as well as building positive, lasting relationships with customers through high standards of service. You’ll be an essential part of our mission to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient HVAC solutions to the community, while embodying the values of growth, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to doing the right thing every step of the way.

Accountable For

  • Following our HVAC Service System and maintaining service and sales goals.
  • Completing same-day repairs and sales to deliver efficiency and satisfaction for our customers.
  • Performing work with safety, compliance, and excellence in mind, adhering to Oregon code and passing necessary inspections.
  • Representing our company values both onsite and in the office, working with integrity and responsibility.

Job Duties

  • Arrive punctually to jobs and maintain clear communication with customers and dispatch.
  • Use the Nexstar Service System to assess customer needs and provide multiple options.
  • Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans.
  • Follow through on sales, repairs, and maintenance tasks to completion and ensure customer satisfaction through thorough explanations of work done.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including notes, photos, and videos.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with dispatch, parts, and installation teams to support efficient operations.
  • Participate in training and one-on-one development sessions to grow as a professional and stay aligned with company goals.
  • Keep the company vehicle and tools clean and organized.
  • Uphold company policies and processes, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements


  • 2 years of experience in HVAC or related field.
  • Valid EPA Certification (Type II or Universal). Brazing Experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Demonstrated alignment with our values of excellence, teamwork, adaptability, and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
