In this role, you’ll handle the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of residential HVAC systems while building strong relationships with customers through exceptional service. - Ensure Safety and Compliance: Complete all tasks with excellence, adherence to Oregon code, and attention to detail to pass required inspections.

Job Duties
- Arrive promptly to job sites and communicate clearly with both customers and dispatch.
- Use the Nexstar Service System to evaluate customer needs and offer tailored service options.
- Educate customers on financing and maintenance plans to support informed decision-making.
- Follow through on repairs and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction with clear explanations of completed work.
- Document all work thoroughly, including notes, photos, and videos.
- Collaborate with dispatch, parts, and installation teams for seamless service delivery.
- Engage in training and development sessions to refine skills and stay aligned with company goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and tools.
- Contribute to a positive team culture, adhering to company policies and best practices.

Requirements
