We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems and delivering top-notch customer service by utilizing comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems and company-sponsored programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete all general in-home plumbing service calls.
• Establish rapport with customers to sell appropriate products and services.
• Troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions by asking the right lifestyle questions.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and our membership program.
• Understand service criteria and exceed revenue goals.
• Present yourself as a professional to gain referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in training exercises and weekly meetings.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, summaries of findings, and pulse reviews.

• Competitive Compensation: The wage for this position is $42.50, plus profit sharing. Our plumbers average between $55 per hour in total compensation, (this amount does not include health/wellness benefits).

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• Valid Oregon General Journeyman License is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Residential service or installation experience (preferred)
• Preferred residential service or installation experience.
• Familiarity with trade tools and equipment.
