Actualmente, tenemos un exceso de citas con vendedores y estamos buscando agentes para unirse a nuestro equipo y atenderlos. Estos vendedores provienen de nuestros esfuerzos de generación de prospectos de ventas inversa, han sido verificados por nuestro equipo de ventas internas y han reservado citas reales para vender ahora.

Do you want to work with more Sellers? I have a listing referral for you.


My name is Sarah Reynolds, CEO of EmpowerHome with a seller referral for you. We actually have an overflow of seller appointments right now and are looking for agents to join us and service them. These sellers have come from our reverse prospecting lead generation efforts have been vetted by our inside sales team and have booked actual appointments with Now sellers.


Because we know how to generate 1000 seller leads a week and have an inside sales team that makes offers to these sellers to get a Yes to the appointment, the agents that take these appointments need to be trained on how to convert them to a sale. We provide all of this training weekly as part of our team.


Last week we handed out 2-3 listing appointments per agent, but we don’t have enough agents to keep up!


This is an urgent And tremendous opportunity for You! We have such an overflow of listing appointments.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000 commission based

Responsibilities:
  • Reunirse con vendedores motivados, determinar sus necesidades y asistirlos durante todo el proceso de venta de una propiedad.
  • Mantener un contacto semanal constante con los clientes.
  • Aplicar sistemas de seguimiento de prospectos para hacer crecer tu cartera de ventas.
  • Brindar un servicio al cliente de clase mundial para asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes y generar referencias que contribuyan a la expansión de tu cartera de ventas.
  • Organizar jornadas de puertas abiertas mensualmente; todos los prospectos de estas jornadas se asignan al agente anfitrión.
  • Trabajar dentro del sistema de flujo de trabajo CRM y mantener actualizado el calendario de disponibilidad para citas.
  • Participar en el entrenamiento de ventas en la Academia y asistir a reuniones de ventas semanales.

  • Meet with motivated Sellers, determine their needs, and assist them throughout the entire process of selling a home.
  • Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients.
  • Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline.
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals to aid in building your sales pipeline.
  • Host team open houses monthly; all open house leads are assigned to the hosting agent.
  • Work within CRM work-flow system, and maintain up-to-date calendar availability for appointments.
  • Participate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings.
Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis.
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success.
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
