Duties and Responsibilities:
- Orders materials and supplies as directed by the director, superintendents and assistants
- Processes requisitions to the Purchasing Department
- Process all invoices
- Processes receiving/packing slips to the Accounting Department
- Processes employee paperwork to Human Resources and Accounting
- Assists with the preparation of monthly highlight reports on course operations including applications of chemicals
- Assists with budget preparation and changes
- Maintains course water usage
- Monitor and edit employee time using UltiPro system
- Records on computer various data including usage of chemicals and budget tracking
- Handles phones and visitors for the Maintenance Department
- Other duties as assigned

- Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programs
- Uses personal protective equipment as trained and required
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Maintains SDS process and procedures
- Reports safety or hazard concerns to management
- Reports any on the job injury to management
- Takes personal responsibility for safety every day
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficient computer skills with proficient knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and Publisher
- Clear speaking voice
- Excellent communication and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Professional appearance
Work Environment:
This role requires working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions. This position may need to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak golf season and for tournaments.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stretch, and bend during work hours.
- Capability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and inclement weather.
