Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience within the bar environment at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized at all times.
- Serve beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service by being attentive and responsive to customer needs.
- Process orders for food and beverages from patrons and relay them to the kitchen and servers.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, including counting down the bank at the end of each shift.
- Submit daily cash reports and close out the register at the end of each shift.
- Keep the bar area well-maintained, including restocking supplies and washing glasses.
- Verify the age of customers before serving alcohol.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions as required.
Supporting Duties:
- Offer support with telephone coverage as needed.
