What are the responsibilities and job description for the Disaster Reconstruction Project Manager position at Reynolds Restoration Services?
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to lead our disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate through completion.
">The ideal candidate will have approximately 40% of their time spent in the field, with the remaining 60% dedicated to administrative tasks in the office. They will work closely with an administrative team to ensure seamless project execution.
">Responsibilities include:
- Field inspection
- Communication with Insurance Adjusters & owner to complete the project
- Coordination with contractors and vendors to ensure schedule delivery
- Change order management
- Quality management
The successful candidate will possess 3 years of experience in construction-related project management, preferably working for a high-end home builder or small general contractor. Alternatively, property claims field adjuster experience is also highly valued.
">Additional requirements include:
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects ranging from $5K - $2M
- Established contacts and relationships with local subcontractors and vendors
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules
- Proficiency with smartphone and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Restoration Industry Certifications from IICRC are a plus
