Project Manager/Estimator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to manage disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Inspection: Conduct site visits to assess damage and ensure project progress.
- Communication with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Insurance Adjusters, owners, contractors, and vendors to complete projects efficiently.
- Change Order Management: Effectively manage change orders to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Quality Management: Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in construction-related project management or property claims field adjusting.
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects ranging from $5K to $2M.
- Established relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
- Proficiency in smartphone and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
- Restoration Industry Certifications from IICRC a plus.
