Position description :
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the business development team to ensure the long-term success of our customers by acting as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams. You will communicate new enhancements, integrations, TSD developments, campaigns, and news to clients, maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM, and help manage the post-sales process through implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and develop relationships within your assigned territory / account list.
- Manage the long-term health of our customer base and identify areas of risk to ensure retention.
- Make daily strategic calls to locations aligned with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto Groups and inside sales reps account lists.
- Proactively call key accounts in scheduled areas of professional service traveler visits to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts.
