Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment while promoting a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary in emergency situations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, including cleanliness and equipment functionality.
• Assist with pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and chemical balancing.
• Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Participate in regular training sessions to maintain certifications and enhance skills.

Requirements

• Current Lifeguard Certification (CPR and First Aid certification required).
• Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests of all ages.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed for pool maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience in guest services or lifeguarding is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
