Responsibilities :
Prepare responses to RFP and RFQ and similar procurements in the requested formats.
- Prepare presentation and collaborate with project team when firm is shortlisted.
- Correspond with outside vendors and suppliers for proposals.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Utilize Adobe InDesign, Canva & Illustrator to design and create flyers.
- Help plan, coordinate, and participate in events.
- Enhanced user experience by collaborating with web developers to redesign company website.
- Shooting photography : construction sites, work events.
- Keep up with / order promotional items.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
