Job Summary:
Reza Live Theatre in Branson, Missouri, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Concessions Team Member to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring an excellent guest experience at the concession stand. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized concessions area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with their orders.
- Restock concession supplies as needed and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently during peak times and maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
- Assist in promoting theatre events and special offers.
- Collaborate with team members and other theatre staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
