Job Summary:
Reza Live Theatre in Branson, Missouri, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the technical and backstage operations of the show. This role is responsible for assisting with stage setup, prop management, lighting, sound, and overall production coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and a passion for live entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with stage setup, breakdown, and overall backstage operations.
- Manage props and assist performers with necessary stage elements.
- Operate or assist with lighting and sound equipment as needed.
- Ensure smooth scene transitions and assist in show cue execution.
- Perform routine maintenance and organization of stage equipment.
- Collaborate with production crew and performers to ensure seamless performances.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free backstage area.
- Support special effects and illusion setup as directed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical theatre experience preferred.
- Previous experience in stage production, technical support, or backstage assistance is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move stage equipment and props.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions precisely.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
