As the Global Head of Commercial Operations, you will report directly to the COO and serve as a central resource and strategic advisor for regional General Managers. Your mission is to optimize global commercial operations, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and enabling regional teams to excel.
What You Will Do
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of specialists across HubSpot administration, lead management, sales training, reporting, and project management
- Ensure the team delivers consistent, high-quality support to regional GMs and their commercial teams
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement
- Global Alignment and Process Optimization
- Work with the COO to define and implement global standards for commercial operations, ensuring consistent execution across regions
- Support regional GMs in streamlining processes and implementing global best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Act as a bridge between regions, ensuring that strategies and initiatives are adapted to local needs while maintaining global consistency
- Develop and maintain standardized frameworks for reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Sales Enablement and Support
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of sales enablement tools, training, and resources to support regional teams
- Standardize lead management processes to ensure pipeline development and forecasting consistency across all regions
- Collaborate with the team to deliver impactful sales training programs tailored to regional needs
- Operational Excellence and Technology
- Partner with your HubSpot admin and technology specialists to ensure CRM tools and systems are optimized and effectively integrated across all regions
- Leverage your team’s expertise to ensure the adoption of best practices and the utilization of cutting-edge tools, including AI, to enhance operational performance
- Drive process improvements and technological innovation to support regional teams and improve customer experiences
- Strategic Support for Growth Initiatives
- Partner with regional GMs to monitor revenue performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure global initiatives are well-executed at the regional level
- Support the execution of global growth initiatives, including trade fairs, product launches, and cross-regional campaigns
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial operations, sales enablement, or strategy roles within a B2B SaaS environment, including experience managing cross-functional teams
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across diverse expertise areas
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to design and implement global strategies while balancing local operational needs
- Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with regional leaders and cross-functional teams
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data, developing performance dashboards, and leveraging insights to drive decision-making
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
