We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute results-driven marketing initiatives that fuel our growth and support our brand as a leader in SaaS for restaurants.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and more. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and support customer engagement across the full funnel.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Social Media Management – Plan and execute engaging campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels; grow followers and engagement.
- SaaS Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement campaigns tailored to the buyer journey in the SaaS space, focusing on customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Website Management – Own the company website strategy, UX updates, SEO, CRO, and performance analytics.
- Content Marketing – Create and manage compelling content for blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, and case studies to establish thought leadership and drive traffic.
- Email Marketing & Automation – Build and manage targeted email campaigns, drip sequences, and customer lifecycle communications using tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Campaign Management – Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, including digital ads and retargeting.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize for ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing tech.
- Brand & Messaging – Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B tech, or hospitality tech
- Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys and inbound marketing funnels
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and paid campaigns
- Solid knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, Canva, and Google Analytics
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independentlyCreative thinker with a data-driven mindset
