As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence and bring the brand to life across platforms.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing Rezku’s social media strategy across all major platforms — building community, growing engagement, and driving awareness of our brand in the restaurant and SaaS space. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to align content with broader campaigns, product launches, and industry trends.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and own a consistent posting calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platformsWrite engaging copy, create visuals (or coordinate with design), and schedule all posts
- Monitor trends, industry news, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant
- Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers to build a community
- Collaborate on influencer, partnership, and user-generated content campaigns
- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report on progress with actionable insights
- Optimize posts for reach and engagement using platform tools and data
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience managing social media accounts (in-house or agency)
- Strong grasp of content trends, platform best practices, and restaurant industry tone
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools
- Skilled in writing captions and creating visual content using Canva or Adobe Suite
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a larger marketing team

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
