Job Summary
The Billing Representative will help improve billing-related needs for our imaging centers. This position is based in our Anaheim office.

Essential Functions of a Billing Representative
- Responsible for the timely verification of medical insurance benefits for both admission and pre-admission visits.
- Confirm eligibility, verify specific benefit coverage, and ensure appropriate data (pre-certification, authorizations & tracking numbers) has been obtained and documented into the registration system to secure reimbursement.
- Support with the processing of disbursements and other payments to key stakeholders and departments
- Assist with the reconciliation of patient refund check disbursements and coordinate the return of refund checks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of Insurance Verification/Billing experience required.
