Job Description
We are passionate about patient care and seeking a PRN Mammo Tech to join our team of radiographical excellence at Centrelake Imaging in El Monte.
Centrelake Imaging is a full-service, all digital radiology network in Southern California that prioritizes exceptional patient care through the use of advanced technology and highly qualified radiology professionals.
Responsibilities
- Performs the setup and acquisition of prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.
- Educates patients/families regarding the procedure and/or treatment to be performed.
- Obtains and verifies physician order.
- Performs room cleanup.
- Performs and evaluates equipment quality control measurements as indicated.
- Demonstrates the ability to trouble shoot and notify appropriate personnel to maintain equipment performance.
- Ensures the efficient operation and workflow of the department by scheduling and re-evaluating workflow throughout the day.
Requirements
- CA License
- A.R.R.T Certificate
- Radiography training, FFD, with CRT licenses
- Current CRT license in Mammography
