Supervise, train, and develop a team of contact center bankers handling customer inquiries, complaints, disputes, and financial product services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, policy enhancement, and risk control.
- Provide regular feedback through 1 : 1 sessions, group coaching, and real-time guidance.
- Monitor and coach the team to exceed performance metrics.
- Boost team morale with engagement activities.
- Collaborate with leadership across departments to meet operational goals.
- Resolve customer, team, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and banking policies.
- Support staffing and daily contact center operations.
