Job Description
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate and retain candidates for open positions
- Foster long term relationships with our consultants
- Review and understand job requirements and match them with correct skill sets
- Manage entire process for consultants, ensuring a transparent, positive experience
- Negotiate pay rates
- Work with sales team on delivery expectations
- Networking with other professionals, both on and off site, to build strong relationships
