Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow Administrator to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C , and is onsite in southeast Alabama daily.
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of a cloud-hosted ServiceNow platform over the course of a 6 month project.
- Oversee platform health, configuration, licensing, access control, and troubleshooting within the ServiceNow portal.
- Manage and configure workflows, with a strong focus on out-of-the-box configurations and platform optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to configure and maintain service catalogs, self-service portals, and the CMDB.
- Drive continuous improvement of the platform after the initial deployment, including workflow enhancements and performance tuning.
- Provide support and training for teams, including Tech Support, on effective ServiceNow usage.
- Assist with the integration of ServiceNow modules with other systems and applications.
