Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Engineer / Software Architect to lead the modernization of our technology stack and drive the development of robust web applications and APIs. This role requires deep technical expertise in Perl, Python, PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, with a bonus for proficiency in .NET and SQL Server. Additionally, a strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. The ideal candidate will focus on tackling technical debt, migrating legacy systems to modern frameworks, and working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design and implementation of modern web applications, APIs, and system architecture.
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
