- Collaborate with Digital Product Management Team on ongoing projects and research goals to discuss findings and ways to improve user experience.
- Research industry trends within digital retail shopping / buying and restaurant / fast food ordering.
- Translate findings into clear documentation and reports for designers, developers, and product managers using visual storytelling and concise copy.
