What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Pharmacist - NC position at Rezult Group?

We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Travel Pharmacist to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy in Asheville, NC.
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, proper dosage, and potential interactions.
Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital protocols and regulations.
Provide drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients.
Monitor patient medication therapies to optimize treatment and minimize adverse effects.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.
Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management systems for documentation and reporting.
Participate in hospital rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings as required.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of :
Active and unrestricted North Carolina Pharmacist License required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, drug therapies, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
