This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits fully onsite in southeastern Alabama.
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Provide ongoing support for UKG HRIS System and Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Work with the HR team to assist with reporting, data extraction, and system maintenance within UKG.
- Collaborate on system upgrades and improvements to both the UKG and Dynamics platforms, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
- Assist with integrating data from various systems into the company’s data warehouse and ensuring smooth data flow into Azure AD.
- Write and maintain integration scripts (e.g., SSIS packages) to facilitate system connections and data handling.
- Support business analysis and gather requirements to identify and address system needs without heavy configuration work.
- Maintain security protocols around sensitive HR data, ensuring data protection measures are followed in system interactions.
